After graduating from Curtin University (Perth,W.A) with a BA, Laura moved to back to her origins in Tuscany where the urban landscapes created a canvas: from the romantic medieval architecture found throughout the picturesque towns and villages, to the villas, bars and restaurants - all creating a natural background for the camera's lens. 
A photographer's dream.

Developing a documentary-style narrative, after working for a local Newspapers and the cultural internet site of the Province of Lucca, she was one of the founders of the daily

"on-line" newspaper : www.loschermo.it in 2006. In 2007 she became the photographer for the music festival : Lucca Summer Festival and had her first photographic exhibition in Lucca, where she immortalised artists such as James Brown, Joe Cocker Roger Waters, Stevie Wonder, Elton John and more.

Laura published her first book "Lucca e la sua piana" (published by Aska Firenze) in 2008 - a picturesque collection of Tuscan landscapes; created a CD album cover for pianist Canino & violinist Ardinghi from the Institute of Music "Boccherini" in Lucca.

Laura has been the official photographer of the Music Festival: Lucca Jazz Donna for over 16yrs and each year has her photos on the Billboards for the events.

Laura has had photos published in various Italian magazines including "SposaBella" Italy as well as photos headlining posters for various billboards and Music Festivals as well as Short Films and collaborates with the newspaper: www.Luccaindiretta.it

Laura has been the offical photographer for Lucca Film Festival for many years now and has photographed the likes of Willem Dafoe, SUSAN SARANDON, Matt Dillon, Oliver Stone and David Lynch, to name a few.

Today, Laura specialises in Events & Lifestyle Photography, Portrait photography, Fashion Campaigns, Live Music Concerts, Theatre , Weddings & also organises photographic workshops and exhibitions in 3 countries.
